These Terms & Conditions are published in compliance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011, requiring publication of rules, regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for access or usage of the website and related applications (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
2. Ownership of the Platform
The Platform is owned and operated by New National Electronics, a business engaged in the sale and distribution of electronic goods and accessories (hereinafter referred to as “New National Electronics”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you (“User” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
4. Eligibility to Use the Platform

Placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase and is subject to acceptance. Orders may be cancelled due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or policy violations.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Specifications, descriptions, and pricing may be subject to errors or updates.
In case of incorrect pricing or information, New National Electronics reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
9. Payments
All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR). New National Electronics is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, gateways, or user errors.
Cash on Delivery (if available) may be restricted for certain users or products. Refunds will be processed as per the Refund & Returns Policy.
10. Delivery & Risk Transfer
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors. Ownership and risk transfer to the User upon dispatch or handover to the delivery partner.
11. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Products may be eligible for return or replacement subject to category-specific policies. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and accessories intact.
Certain products, including software, digital items, or customized goods, may be non-returnable.

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, text, and images, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
14. User-Generated Content (Reviews & Ratings)
Reviews must be genuine and based on actual purchase experience. Offensive, misleading, or promotional content may be removed at our discretion.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. New National Electronics does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, New National Electronics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, profit, or business.
