Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order at any time before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, cancellation will no longer be permitted. However, customers may choose to reject the order at the time of delivery.

The cancellation time window may vary depending on the product category. Once the specified cancellation period has expired, the order cannot be canceled. Details regarding the applicable cancellation window will be clearly mentioned on the product page or in the order confirmation and will be considered final.

In certain cases, cancellations requested after the allowed time window may incur a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of cancellation.

If an order is canceled by New National Electronics due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability or operational issues, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

New National Electronics reserves the right to accept or decline cancellation requests and may modify or waive cancellation timelines or fees at its discretion from time to time.

Quick Delivery / Express Orders

Orders placed under express or quick-delivery options may be non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed due to rapid processing and delivery timelines. However, cancellations or refunds may be considered through customer support under the following conditions:

  • The order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time shown at checkout
  • The order has not been picked up by the delivery partner
  • The seller has not accepted or has canceled the order for reasons not attributable to the customer
  • Any other valid reason as determined by New National Electronics from time to time

Order Cancellation by New National Electronics

We reserve the right to cancel an order, fully or partially, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Force majeure events
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Violation of our Terms of Use
  • Logistical or operational constraints

In such cases, customers will not be charged for the canceled items. Any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days. Customers can track the refund status via the Order Details section.

All cancellation, return, and refund policies are subject to additional reasonable terms and conditions, which may be updated periodically. Any changes will be communicated through the website, notifications, or other official communication channels.
